29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iv): The employer did not train employees in the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment specified in paragraph (a)(1) of this section, including, but not limited to, proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques, and methods of equipment inspection and storage, as specified by the manufacturer: On or about 6/4/2020, at Primero Auto Parts Inc., located at 3635 NW 67th Street, Miami, FL 33147. Warehouse area. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 18 feet while using personal fall arrest systems without training.
