29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(iii)(A): The employer shall develop and implement written operating procedures that provide clear instructions for safely conducting activities involved in each covered process consistent with the process safety information and shall address safety and health considerations for properties of, and hazards presented by, the chemicals used in the process: At a facility located at 802 South Street, Plymouth, WI 53073; the employer's written operating procedures did not addressed safety and health considerations regarding the properties of, and the chemical or health hazards presented by the anhydrous ammonia utilized in the ammonia refrigeration system for the operating procedures including, but not limited to: a) Procedure: General Oil Drain for Equipment Connected to the Oil Drain System did not address chemical hazards such as flammability and compressed gas nor did it address health hazards such as corrosiveness b) Krack Defuser 1-2 Cooler North (1-12-EVP-181) did not address chemical hazards such as flammability and compressed gas nor did it address health hazards such as corrosiveness and eye/skin/respiratory irritant c) Vilter Compressor #13 (B-ER-CMP-013) did not address chemical hazards such as flammability and compressed gas nor did it address health hazards such as corrosiveness and eye/skin/respiratory irritant d) Vilter Low Pressure Receiver (B-ER-REC-057) did not address chemical hazards such as flammability and compressed gas nor did it address health hazards such as corrosiveness and eye/skin/respiratory irritant e) Evaporative Condenser #1 (T-SW-CND-264) did not address chemical hazards such as flammability and compressed gas nor did it address health hazards such as corrosiveness and eye/skin/respiratory irritant
