29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a. On or about May 28, 2020 and at times prior, the owner exposed himself and employees to amputation hazards, in that they operated the Rockwell Unisaw, a circular handfed ripsaw to rip and cut wood without a blade guard.
