On or about April 2, 2020, at the long-term care facility located at 455 Appleyard Dr., Tallahassee, Florida: the employer did not provide suitable respirators to employees in order to protect them in a healthcare environment against respiratory pathogens, thereby exposing unprotected workers to direct infection from an airborne disease such as, but not limited to, SARS-CoV-2.
