29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. (a) Finishing Department: On or about March 13, 2020, employee's working in and around the Northeast end of the Acid Wash area were not provided an unobstructed means of egress and entry to the work area. An extension ladder leaned against the wall and extending into the walkway next to the end of a concrete panel, creating an obstructed egress route from the acid wash area to exits and other work areas/spaces.
