29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(G): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on ramps and other sloped surfaces that could affect the vehicle's stability: a) Dock Ramp - On or about February 26, 2020, the employer did not include site specific training for employees who operate the Crown Electrical Mule, Model #TR 4500-250, and the Toyota Electrical Tow Truck, Model #8TB50-41984, regarding parking and braking on downward slopes while pulling a load of catering carts. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
