29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: On or about January 15, 2020, and at times prior to, legible traffic signs were not posted to alert motorist of the employees working within a construction area during end of shift activities and operations. The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
