29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Front Interior Stairway to 1st Floor - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while accessing the 1st floor framing deck utilizing a steel/concrete stairway without any handrail, on or about 1/7/20.
