29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) Machine Shop - The employer allowed work to be done using a 3600 RPM Dewalt Brand Model DW758 bench-mounted abrasive wheel (S/N2013 34-YL9511) with a work rest opening greater than one eight inch thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Observed on or about 06 NOV 2019.
