29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ The employer did not perform inspections and maintain a certification record of inspections for overhead cranes. Employees operated a Beacon Line Crane, 5 Ton Crane, on a regular basis that had missing latch hooks, inadequate restraint on the pendant conductors, and other components that were not inspected on a recurring basis.
