29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). On or about November 6, 2019, an employee of Rol-Tec, Inc. was allowed to operate a Toyota Model 02-5FG30 Forklift, Serial #76074 with receiving training or an evaluation to ensure that they were able to safely operate the lift.
