29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: On or about November 4, 2019 and times prior thereto, employees were instructed by the employer to perform work in a hot water rinse tank that was not adequately evaluated to determine it a permit-required confined space. The tank that met all requirements for confined space contained hot water and caustic soda solution at a temperature of about 175 degree Fahrenheit.
