29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a. On or about November 1, 2019, the employer had not performed annual periodic inspections to ensure that documented lockout/tagout procedures were being followed by employees and that the procedures were effective. On the matboard line, the operator performed a service and maintenance activity when cleaning the rollers on the Black Brothers adhesive spreader, serial number 369121.
