29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(B): The periodic inspection of the energy control procedure was not conducted to correct any deviations or inadequacies identified: (a) On or about October 16, 2019, the employer failed to perform a complete inspection and review of the energy control procedures for including, but not limited to Sorter Top Area Access and Sorter Bottom Area Access, used for shutdown of the machines during servicing or maintenance, in order to find any deficiencies with the energy control procedures.
