29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training: a) Panorama Coordinated Services, Inc., 395 East Rogers Road, Longmont, CO 80501: On and before October 16, 2019, the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training. The employer did not comply with the requirements associated with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) implemented in 2012. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
