29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about October 9, 2019 and times prior thereto, the employer did not keep the following places of employment in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: - a. Passageways in the east, south, and west sides of the warehouse were blocked with pallets of boxes, buckets/pails, and drums containing assorted detergent products, exposing employees to trips and fall hazards. b. The working surface around the Marion Mixer was littered with Supreme detergent, cans of power/soda drinks, coffee cups, papers, and plastics. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375716, citation number 2, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
