29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. (a) Facility - On or about October 08, 2019 the employer did not ensure procedures specific to each machine were developed, documented and utilized for the control of energy sources of equipment such as but not limited to the electrical, steam, pneumatic and kinetic energy with the cooking kettles, when employees performed servicing and maintenance exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
