29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Building 1327, 2nd Floor North Storage room: Employees had to step up on file storage boxes to get specific tires due to accumulation of file boxes that were stored on the ground and upper wall shelving. The large amount of paper file storage boxes in this area exposed employees to fire hazards, trips, and falls. b) Building 13026, Mechanical Shop: Employees were exposed to trip hazards due to Klutch Retractable Heavy Duty Air Hoses were found lying on the ground at the center and South center bay areas.
