29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures when respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee(s): a) Spray Booth: Employees were overexposed to the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (Ceiling) for Methylene bisphenyl isocyanate (MDI) while spraying a two-component polyurethane, and the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program when respirators were necessary to protect the health of employees, as discovered on or about 10/24/2019.
