29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): At 6040 N. Lindbergh Blvd, Hazelwood, Missouri, specifically inside of the Battery Re-Charging Area, the workplace hazard assessment did not include the requirement for chemically resistant clothing to be worn to protect the employee's torso and lower extremities when manually replenishing individual battery cells. This violation was noted on 09/26/19.
