29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): Rigging equipment did not have permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load. This violation occurred on or about September 16, 2019, the employer did not ensure that the slings, used to hold the beam clamp, had a legible label indicating the safe working load. This exposed the employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards.
