29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: a) On August 29, 2019 at the address of 807 Shawnee Road, Lima OH: The employer did not ensure the area of the roof where employees were working, had the requisite strength and structural integrity to support the weight of the employees. Employees working on the roof in this condition were exposed to a 15 foot fall through the roof to the ground below.
