29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertain to their respective job assignments. Walgreen Co., Distribution Center in Perrysburg, Ohio, in new shipping area: On or about September 3, 2019, the employer did not ensure maintenance employees had received adequate training to determine what electrical protective equipment needed to be worn prior to being exposed to potential arc flash hazards. Employees were exposed to electrical shock and arc flash hazards in that appropriate electrical personal protective equipment was not worn while performing electrical work.
