29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface could support the maximum intended load for that surface: a) Jobsite located at 75 McAvoy Lane, Phoenixville, PA. 19460, storage area above holding room: Employees accessing the storage area above the holding room were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet in that; pallets and foam boards used as a walking-working were unable to prevent an employee from falling through the ceiling. Condition was noted to exist on or about 9 AUG 2019.
