29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) Superior Farms at 4900 Clarkson Street, Denver, CO 80216: On or about August 2, 2019 the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). Maintenance employees used chemicals during their normal job duties including, but not limited to: Zep Oran-Gel Aerosol Degreaser and Chevron Superla White Oil. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
