29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1): Identification of manufacturer and ratings. Electric equipment may not be used unless the following markings have been placed on the equipment: (i) The manufacturer's name, trademark, or other descriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified; and (ii) Other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. (A) Markings were not placed on electric equipment as required. On or about 7/30/2019 at locations including but not limited to the electrical panels, workers making entrance into the panels were exposed to electrical hazards of up to 480 V where the cabinets were not labeled.
