29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: On or about July 10, 2019, the employer did not ensure that an employee, working from the basket of a rented articulating boom lift (JLG 400s) while completing servicing activities; stood firmly on the floor of the basket. The employee stepped out of the basket loosen a screw, and fell approximately 13(+) ft. into the baler unit.
