29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Location - 24 Porter Road, Littleton, MA: On or about 7/17/2019, the unused portions of the blade of the Versatix MP9-91600 horizontal band saw were not guarded or otherwise enclosed. (b) Location - 24 Porter Road, Littleton, MA: On or about 7/17/2019, the rotating chucks of the Powermatic Houdaille Model 1150 drill presses were not guarded.
