The certification did not identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection: At 1120 Mason Circle S., Pevely, Missouri, the employer did not document that periodic inspections of machinery such as the Normac #1 Grinding Machine, m/n BS-35, were being performed. This violation was noted on 07/23/19.
