29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o)(a): Employees engaged in manufacturing activities at the roller conveyor systems throughout the facility were exposed to caught-in hazards from in-running nip points in that the vertical belts located near the interior frame/leg of the conveyor system were not guarded.
