29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about June 11, 2019; and at times prior thereto; in the production area, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were mounted and identified, employees were potentially exposed to burn injuries. 1. Identified fire extinguisher location near the floor department exit was not equipped with a fire extinguisher. 2. Identified fire extinguisher location near the floor department, bay door was not was not equipped with a fire extinguisher. 3. Identified fire extinguisher location near the sheet rock and wall bay door was not equipped with a fire extinguisher. 4. Identified fire extinguisher location pole near the employee break sheet rock and wall bay was not equipped with a fire extinguisher.
