29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. (a) Facility - On or about May 31, 2019 the employer did not have procedures specific to each machine developed, documented and utilized for the control of energy sources of equipment, such as but not limited to, chop saws, rip saws, panels saw, and CNC router when employees performed servicing and maintenance exposing employees to amputation hazards.
