29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii): Flammable liquids were not stored in tanks or closed containers: The employer does not ensure flammable liquids are being stored in closed containers. This violation was observed on or about May 30, 2019, in the overhaul shop, a drum of COR63-AA-228 (flammable liquid) was stored without drum caps installed, was not closed, and was exposing employees to flammable liquid hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure containers of flammable liquids are stored in closed containers.
