29 CFR 1910.146(d)(9): The employer did not develop and implement procedures for summoning rescue and emergency services, for rescuing entrants from permit spaces, for providing necessary emergency services to rescued employees, and/or for preventing unauthorized entry. a) On or about June 8, 2019, in the 704 area, employees that were not part of the rescue team entered ISO tank TRLU 830030-0 to rescue an employee.
