29 CFR 1910.23(b)(1): Ladder rungs, steps, and cleats were not parallel, level, and uniformly spaced when the ladder is in position for use: The employer does not protect employees from fall hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically inside of the Storage Bin, the fixed, wooden ladder leading down inside of the bin was equipped with a variety of pieces of lumber for rungs. Each piece of lumber was not of equal length or uniformly spaced. There were ten rungs. The fall distance into the stored oats below was approximately 22 feet. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
