29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met(Construction Reference: 1926.59): On or about April 11, 2019 and times prior thereto, the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained a written hazard communication program for hazardous chemicals, which can result in lung cancer, reproductive hazards, flammable liquids, skin irritation, and eye irritation. Hazardous chemicals included but not limited to: (a) Sherwin Williams ProMar 200; (b) Sherwin Williams Wood Classic Fast Dry Oil Varnish; (c) Startex Paint Thinner; (d) Sherman Williams PVA Drywall Primer and Sealer.
