29 CFR 1910.252(a)(1)(i): When the object to be welded or cut could not be readily moved, all movable fire hazards in the vicinity were not taken to a safe place: a) Delaware City Refining Company, 4550 Wrangle Hill Road, Delaware City, Delaware; Fluid Coker Reactor - On or about April 9, 2019, the employer failed to remove all combustible materials (e.g.; temporary wood decking inside the Coker Shell) or properly shield against ignition of temporary wood decking inside the Coker Shell during postweld heat treatment of a replaced section of the Coker Shell, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
