29 CFR 1910.178(a)(5): The powered industrial truck was equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, however the employer did not request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered: a) Shipping and Receiving Dock - On or about August 29th, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that a powered industrial truck had the plates changed to reflect new capacities of the truck when equipped with the available carpet pole, and drum handling attachments.
