29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(i): Inside storage room was not constructed to meet the required fire-resistive rating for their use to comply with the test specification set forth in Standard Methods of Fire Tests of Building Construction and Materials, NFPA 251-1969. (a) On or about August 21, 2019, and at times prior, for the employees who were exposed to fire hazards where up to approximately 275 gallons of flammable crude waste are stored in the basement area at or near 301 Second Street West in Williston, North Dakota.
