29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employees with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: (a) Powder Addiction LLC at Jones Pass, Clear Creek County, CO 80438: On and before March 7, 2019, the employer had not established a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure to bloodborne pathogens. The employees were potentially exposed to blood or Other Potentially Infectious Materials (OPIM). This condition exposed employees to a bloodborne pathogen hazard.
