29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards and who used personal fall protection systems or is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart prior to May 17, 2017: On or about 3/3/2019, on the tree at the rear of the residence located at 4374 Pleasant Forest Drive, Decatur, GA: An employee engaged in tree cutting and climbing at heights in excess of 25-feet above the ground was not provided instruction or training prior to the start of the job when exposed to a fall hazards.
