29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: a. On or February 14, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees who setup the TD-95 router were trained in the skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of energy controls. Employees that setup the machine's stop-blocks and changed cutting bits were not trained to isolate and/or render energy sources safe.
