29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: Sensenich Propeller Services, Inc., Gainesville, GA - An employee coating propellers by dipping them into a tank with Alodine 1200S, classified as corrosive was not wearing eye protection. Other tasks where PPE was needed was painting, drying using compressed air and degreasing. The employer did not verify that the PPE hazard assessment was performed, on or about 2/13/19.
