29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(v): Employees did not wear protective equipment for the eyes or face wherever there was danger of injury to the eyes or face from electric arcs or flashes or from flying objects resulting from electrical explosion. On or about January 24, 2019, in the electrical area of the facility where employees were exposed electrical hazards while tracing and labeling 480 volt electrical wires inside unguarded live electrical panels without wearing protective equipment for the eyes or face.
