29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she may contact cannot come closer to any unguarded, energized overhead line than the following distances: 1. For voltages to ground 50kV or below: 10 ft. (305 cm) a) 804 Central Ave, Billings MT, 59101: On or about January 14, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock hazards while trying to measure a business sign from a SPONCO Aerial Ladder (Model #55, Serial #55 1736 02) on a ladder truck (Work Truck #9, DOT #1487200, License Plate 3-40990C). The employee was working within 10 feet (305 cm) of the energized 7,200 volt power line.
