29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about, January 2, 2019 through February 26, 2019 on five occasions, employees were cleaning out tanks and the employer did not develop, document, and utilize procedures when the employees were performing cleaning activities.
