29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: On or about December 4, 2018, the employer did nol ensure that the operator of the powered iuduslrial truck, Jungheinrich (model no. EKX516k serial no. FNS 12006), sounded the horn before operating the vehicle in reverse down an aisle of the racking system where malerial was stored for contractor use.
