29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed. a) Worksite, 1155 Montauk Highway, East Patchogue. NY: An employee was using a blue A-frame ladder in the closed position to access the top of a storage container; on or about 12/8/18. NOTE: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
