29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A): The energy control procedures did not contain a specific statement on the intended use of the procedure. On or about November 26, 2018, employees performed maintenance and servicing on various equipment. Employees were exposed to struck by, caught in, and amputation hazards in that: a) Curing Machine - The lockout/tagout procedure did not clearly specify and outline the scope and purpose of the procedures. The energy control procedures did not included a statement in the intended used of the procedure.
