29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iii): Unstable objects were used as working platforms: location: 3rd floor on or about: 11/28/18 a) An employee was working on top of a mason block that was placed on the outrigger portion of a tubular welded frame scaffold. The employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 40 feet. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
